

Our owner Philip McDonald, and his team have over 40+ years’ experience in the pest control industry and we have encountered uninvited guests of all kinds! We provide termite inspections for home buyers, for refinances, as well as termite inspections for individual homeowners. We also have another division of the company, General Pest Control, and can provide an air quality mold test for the most particular buyer.
For our existing realtor clients, we wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of a policy update for your buyers. Please advise your clients that their termite inspection will need to be paid in advance before the inspection is conducted. This policy change goes into effect immediately. The buyer can call the office or go to our website at www.jppestsaway.com and make the payment at that time. Once it has been paid, Philip will do the inspection. Changes to business policies like this help us to run more efficiently. We appreciate each of you and the relationships that we have developed.
